Glenn I. Swimmer, PhD, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Swimmer is a clinical psychologist with experience in behavioral health and pain management. He has been in practice for more than 25 years and is the president of StressCare and the Director of PainCare of Northwest Ohio. Dr. Swimmer has published research in the area of chronic pain. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Pain Initiative and the Northwestern Ohio Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Dr Swimmer has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member of the University of Michigan Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, as well as on the Board of the Midwest Pain Society. He was invited to speak on Pain and Addiction for the Ohio Psychological Association, and to participate in an "Expert Roundtable" on chronic pain sponsored by the Columbus Medical Association.

 

David Lewandowski, M.Ed., PCC-S, LICDC-CS

Mr. Lewandowski holds a Masters of Education Degree in Counseling from the University of Toledo. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio as well as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Ohio. He has provided addiction treatment both for inpatient and outpatient facilities. He has been the Clinical Supervisor of two outpatient facilities for chemical dependency treatment. He has extensive experience in all forms of addiction as well as Family and Marital Therapy. Mr. Lewandowski also provides pain management treatment and has extensive knowledge in that area. Mr. Lewandowski has special interests in working with adolescents, chronic pain, and military veterans and their families.

 

Rachel Chandley, PhD

Dr. Chandley graduated from Miami University’s doctoral program in 2016. She has worked extensively with individuals across the lifespan including conducting psychological assessments and providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in outpatient, hospital, community mental health and school settings. During her APPIC-accredited internship at University of Cincinnati Counseling and Psychological Services she received specialized training in working with survivors of sexual and interpersonal violence. She aims to work collaboratively with her clients to help them reach their goals. She feels passionately about outreach and consultation and has interest in working with individuals from diverse ethnic, racial, sexual orientation and gender identities.


Marsha Drees, MSSA, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, CEAP

Marsha Drees is a master level social worker with 28 years of experience in general mental health and substance use disorder treatment. She has worked in outpatient settings as a clinician, as an employee assistance professional, and as a program director. She has a passion for helping people embrace challenges in life, so they may cope in virtually any circumstance and find new meaning in their lives. Marsha is also a well-regarded corporate trainer, specializing in drug-free safety programing, trauma informed care and mental health first aid. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo and Case Western Reserve University. She is an Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker, with supervision endorsement, an Ohio Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, with supervision endorsement, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and a Qualified Substance Abuse Provider.

 

Diane Derr Lewis, PhD, Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Lewis is a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years experience providing psychological services to a variety of clients. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, nursing homes, and acute care medical centers. She has provided individual, marital, and group psychotherapy, as well as psychological assessments. She has also performed specialized assessments related to Bureau of Workers' Compensation issues. Dr. Lewis has special interests in working with chronic pain, behavioral medicine, spirituality, end of life issues, women's issues, depression, and anxiety. She has served as Director of a mental health center psychology department and President of the Board of a local American Cancer Society unit. She is licensed in Ohio and is on most insurance panels.
